And when the event ends, the hardware goes back in its case — taking with it the chance for the guest who meant to record something and ran out of evening.
So put the camera in everyone's pocket instead. A code on each table opens a recorder right in the browser — no app, no account — and any guest can film their message from their seat, from the dance floor, or from home three days later. Every table is the booth.

Guests scan, tap record, and speak — up to 60 seconds per video, uploaded straight from their own phone. The shy ones leave a voice message or type a note instead; the table by the speakers uploads the toast. Nothing depends on a queue forming in the right corner of the room.

The audio guest book, built in
Every plan includes voice messages recorded right in the browser — what the rented audio phone does, without the phone. For many guests speaking is easier than being filmed; you get both, on the same page.
Photos at full resolution
The same code collects your guests' photos — originals up to 20 MB each, 20 at a time, iPhone HEIC included — so the video guest book and the photo collection are one thing, not two products.
Written notes
For the guests who freeze when a lens points at them. A written message with their name on it sits beside the videos on the finished page, and loses nothing for being typed.

No hardware arrives and nothing gets shipped back. What you print is the whole setup:
- 4×6 and 5×7 cards for the tables — the code plus your own invitation to record
- Letter and A4 fold-over tents that stand up on their own
- Share images for the group chat and for stories, sized for each
- The QR code as SVG and a 4096px PNG for a sign by the bar or the door

Questions people ask
- How much does a video guest book cost?
- One payment of $49 — the Keepsake Plus plan — which includes the video guest book and everything else on this page: voice messages, full-resolution photo collection, written notes, RSVP and the memory page afterwards. Booth and phone rentals for a single evening commonly cost several times that.
- Is there a limit on videos?
- Plus includes up to 30 video messages per event, up to 60 seconds each. Voice messages and photos have no such cap — and in practice 30 videos comfortably covers a wedding's worth of toasts, wishes and dance-floor clips.
- Do guests need a particular phone or an app?
- Any phone that can open its camera and a browser works, which covers essentially every guest. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign into — recording happens right on the page that opens.
- What happens to the videos afterwards?
- They stay playable on your memory page for 6 months after the event, and downloadable HD MP4 files, up to 1080p, remain available for your plan's full file-storage period — 24 months on Plus — alongside your photo originals. Your archive is prepared automatically before anything expires.
- Can people who missed the event still record one?
- Yes. Uploads stay open for 7 days after the end time by default and you can extend that from your dashboard. The link works from anywhere, so the friend abroad can send their sixty seconds too.
- Which occasions does it work for?
- Weddings most of all, and just as well for milestone birthdays, graduations, retirements and reunions — the prompts and the printed wording change with the occasion you choose. For a memorial, video plays a quieter role: spoken memories from the people who could not travel.
