Questions people ask before buying
- Do my guests need to download an app?
- No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the page opens in their browser. There is no app to install and no account to create — they can upload photos, record a voice message or leave a note straight away.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. You pay once for one event and that is the end of it. There is no recurring charge and no card kept on file.
- How long do you keep the photos?
- Full-resolution originals stay downloadable for 6 months after your event on Keepsake Event, and 24 months on Keepsake Plus. You can download everything as a ZIP at any time during that window, and we email you well before anything expires.
- Can guests upload video messages?
- Yes. Keepsake Plus supports short video messages of up to 60 seconds each — up to 30 videos per event, or up to 50 with Group Gift Plus. Guests upload straight from their phone, with no app to install.
- How long are videos available?
- Videos remain playable online for 6 months after the event or gift reveal. Downloadable HD MP4 files, up to 1080p, remain available for your plan's full file-storage period.
- Can I use the same QR code before and after the event?
- Yes — that is the whole idea. The same code collects RSVPs in the weeks before, opens the upload page on the day, and then turns into your finished memory page afterwards. Anything you have already printed keeps working.
- Can I remove a photo a guest uploaded?
- Yes. Every upload appears in your dashboard and you can hide or remove anything with one tap. Removed items disappear from the guest page and the memory page immediately.
- What do I print?
- We generate print-ready QR signs and table cards for you as PDFs — poster size for the entrance and small cards for the tables. Print them at home or at any print shop.
- What if my event date changes?
- Change the date in your dashboard and everything shifts with it. The QR code itself never changes, so signs you have already printed stay valid.
