Refund policy
Last updated July 23, 2026
Plain language, no fine-print games. This is exactly how refunds work for purchases made on keepsakecode.com.
The 30-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as both of these are true:
- your event hasn't started yet, and
- no guest content has been collected on your event page.
That covers the honest cases — plans changed, you bought twice, you found another way to do it. Just write to us; no forms, no hoops.
After the event has started or content has arrived
Once guests have started sharing photos and messages, the service has done its job, so those orders aren't refundable.
One exception, and it's on us: if a technical failure on our side stopped your guests from sharing during your event, we'll refund you in full or run a replacement event free — your choice.
What happens after a refund
- Your event page and QR code stop working right away — guests can no longer open the page, upload, or RSVP.
- Everything already collected is kept for 30 days in case the refund was a mistake and you'd like the event restored — just contact us within that window.
- After 30 days, the event and its content are deleted.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Bought on Etsy?
Purchases made through our Etsy shop follow the policies shown on the Etsy listing, and refund requests must go through your Etsy order (Help with order). This page applies only to purchases made directly on keepsakecode.com.
How to request a refund
